Our new facility in Hillsboro boasts an impressive computer shop, enabling us to increase the range of our technical support to include residential repairs, upgrades, malware-removal and cleaning.  Our in-house shop labor rate is $75.00 per hour, with a usual 1 hour minimum.  For on-site workstation Tech Support, we charge $95.00 per hour, one hour minimum.  We also have the ability to support our clients remotely, often times enabling us to offer a resolution to an issue in less time than it would take to drive to the client's facility. 

Our newly re-designed website also allows a new and exciting opportunity for our clients to communicate with the Netra Technicians.  We now have blogs, galleries, and a new forum for web-based support.
